Description of Works:

The site is situated at the junction of Snaefell Road and Barrule Road, Willaston Housing Estate. This project involves the construction of 48 two-bedroom apartments, spread over three floors, designed and built to meet the rigarous standards set by the Association of Environment Conscious Building (AECB).

In addition to the 48 two-bedroom apartments, the project also includes:

• Basement parking 
• External paved roads
• Comprehensive Landscaping
• Efficient drainage system 

 

The project is commited to meeting AECB standards, ensuring high energy efficiency, reduced carbon footprint, and overall sunstainability. This will be achieved by the use of energy-efficient systems for heating, cooling, and lighting.
