Description of Works:
This project undertook the refurbishment and internal alteration of the existing building. We constructed the new CAMHS/OPMHS entance lobby's, alongside the external works. The refurbishment included the demolition of existing walls and the installation of new steel beams, in addition to acoustic wall systems to reduce sound tranfer in offices. A new air conditioning unit was installed and new IPS in all of the toilets.
This refurbishment provided a purpose designed building for the Children's and Older Person's Mental Health Services
